For nearly 30 years, I’ve been immersed in the construction, interior design, and flooring industries. I’ve seen the industry from every angle: the job sites, the design studios, the procurement process, the late-night problem solving, and the frustration that comes when a product is discontinued or a project is impacted by material challenges.
Over the years, one thing became clear: professionals weren’t losing projects because of their talent. They were losing them because the right materials were often too expensive, too difficult to source, or no longer available.
